When will my order ship?
Most of my products are handmade to order or require finishing that is added before shipment, and will ship within 3 to 5 business days after purchase (excl. weekends & holidays). Exact ship times are noted at the bottom of each product page under the 'SHIPPING' tab. Large orders containing multiple pieces will ship within 5 days.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with USPS tracking information. Delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping speed, but average ground transit times are between 3-8 business days.
What happens if my package gets lost?
If your package is late or lost, contacting your local post office with the tracking number is the best place to start. While shipping delays and missing packages are out of my control, I will do my best to help should any issues arise. Please reach out through the contact form if you need further assistance.
What is the return policy?
I have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To start a return, please read the conditions on the Return Policy Page to determine if your item is eligible, and complete the form at the bottom of the page to submit a request.
Where are your products made?
All of my products are 100% designed and handmade by me in St. Pete, FL. The upcycled clothing is purchased from local thrift stores in the St. Pete & Tampa Bay area.
How do I wash my items?
While the yarns I use are machine washable, I always recommend handwashing crochet or knit items when possible to ensure they last as long as possible. However, I understand this method is not always convenient for everyone, so I also provide machine-washable instructions. Please refer to the Care Instructions Page for detailed information.
