RETURN POLICY

I have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To start a return, please read the conditions below and fill out the form at the bottom of the page if your item is eligible. Once I have reviewed your request, I will send you an email with instructions on how and where to send your package.

  • Items were delivered within the last 14 days.
  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. I can provide discounted return shipping labels and deduct the cost from your refund, or you can choose a carrier of your own.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition. If an item is returned damaged or used, the buyer may be responsible for any loss in value.
  • Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • Refunds are issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
I do not accept returns on upcycled pieces, custom orders, digital patterns, final sale items, or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Refunds
I will notify you once I've received and inspected your return. You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exchanges
I don't accept exhanges, but the best ways to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately using the form below if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
