Refund policy

I have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. All requests are subject to approval in accordance with the following information.

Read the conditions below to determine if your item is eligible, then fill out the form using the link at the bottom of this page. If your return is accepted, I will send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send your package.

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition. If an item is returned damaged or used, the buyer may be responsible for any loss in value.
  • Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • Refunds are issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately using the form below if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
I do not accept returns on upcycled pieces, custom orders, digital patterns, final sale items, or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
The best way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
I will notify you once I've received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
